1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "datojudi", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the datojudi platform at datojudi.lat and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the datojudi website, mobile-optimised site, and any related applications or services operated by datojudi.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the datojudi Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an Account on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed through the Platform on any game, event, or outcome.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held in your Account denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is illegal or restricted under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with datojudi's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. datojudi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and datojudi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Bet on the datojudi Platform. 21+

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to participate in online gambling;
• All information you provide to datojudi is true, accurate, current, and complete.

datojudi employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and at the point of first withdrawal. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and/or additional documentation to confirm your eligibility. datojudi reserves the right to suspend an Account pending completion of age verification and to void any Bets placed before verification is complete where datojudi has reasonable grounds to suspect the Player is under 21 years of age.

Any Account found to belong to a Player under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All Funds in such an Account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, net of any losses incurred by such betting activity, subject to applicable law.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the datojudi Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where datojudi identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual (determined by, without limitation, matching name, email address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address), datojudi reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated Bets, and forfeit any Funds in those Accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify datojudi immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• datojudi will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• datojudi reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All Funds deposited and withdrawn through the datojudi Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment channels include FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and AmBank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously registered and verified to your Account.
• datojudi reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates only; delays may occur due to banking or payment provider processing schedules outside datojudi's control.
• datojudi does not accept Funds deposited from third-party payment accounts. Any such deposit may be returned and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.
• Funds held in your Account do not accrue interest.

datojudi maintains Player Funds in accounts segregated from operational funds. In the event of insolvency, Player Funds are protected in accordance with the requirements of the applicable international gaming authority under which datojudi is licensed.

6. Betting Rules

All Bets placed on the datojudi Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as published on the Platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets are final once confirmed. datojudi does not accept cancellation requests after a Bet has been accepted by the Platform.
• datojudi reserves the right to void any Bet placed at odds or prices published in error.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or other system error during a Bet or game round, datojudi's records shall be deemed conclusive as to the outcome, subject to datojudi's internal dispute resolution process.
• datojudi reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or decline any Bet at its sole discretion.
• Live betting odds are updated in real time; datojudi does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or price at any given time.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

datojudi may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, which are published at the point of offer and incorporated herein by reference.

• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bonus Bets, or exploiting a promotional error — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• datojudi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and cannot be transferred.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the datojudi Platform:

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing errors on the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or misuse of insider information;
• Charging back any deposit made to your Account through a payment provider.

datojudi reserves the right to take any and all steps it deems necessary upon identifying prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the datojudi Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, and user interface elements — is the property of datojudi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without datojudi's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, datojudi shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any loss arising from a third-party payment provider error or delay;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof;
• Any loss caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks.

datojudi's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

datojudi is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen summaries of your betting activity during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently.

• The Account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes;
• Continuation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players;
• The Account holder has requested self-exclusion or has been identified through a third-party responsible gambling register.

Upon closure, datojudi will return any verified Funds in the Account to the payment method of record, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to datojudi, any Funds subject to active investigation, and any applicable regulatory holds. datojudi's decision to close an Account is final and binding, subject only to the internal dispute resolution process.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the international gaming authority under which datojudi is licensed. In the event of any dispute between you and datojudi, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through datojudi's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by the applicable gaming regulator.

14. Amendments to These Terms

datojudi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, datojudi will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
